How to fight bad breath


1.  Clean your teeth twice a day, every day.

2.  Use dental floss.

3.  Use some breath freshener.



4.  Bring it with you throughout the day, and use especially after eating and/or drinking.

5.  Try some breathing mints or some chewing gum, and bring them with you to use particularly after eating and/or drinking.




6.  Don’t eat spicy foods.

Day 22: Something you wish you hadnt done in your life.


I actually cannot think of anything I wish I hadn't done in my life. I know I have done some bad things. Nobody is perfect but I believe everything happens for a reason and I have learned something from everything that happened to me so far.

30 day challenge: About me, day 10

Day 10: Someone you need to let go, or wish you didn't know.

I actually don't have anyone like that. I believe everything happens for a reason and I believe that all people that came in or out of my life came for a reason. I don't wish I hadn't met someone because I learned something from everyone that was or is in my life.
