How To Get Over Someone You Love But They Do Not Love You

It is always hard to get over someone you love but they don't love you back. Rejection sucks and we all know it and no one wants to feel rejected. I, have also been rejected as I think most of you have been. I am going to share few tips (which helped me too) on how to get over someone who doesn't love you back.

1. Take your time. It is okay to be sad. It is okay to be angry. It is okay to feel all the emotions you feel after being rejected. You don't have to be ashamed of it. You need time to heal and that is perfectly fine. My advice to you is to take few days, weeks, heck maybe even months (everyone needs different healing time) to heal, to grieve, to get all your emotions out and to start feeling better.

2. Cut all contact with that person. I am sorry to tell you but if you want to get someone out of your mind and your life, you have to stop having any contact with them. I know it is hard but trust me it works. You have to delete their phone number, delete them from your e-mail list, Facebook, Twitter, etc. Wherever you have that person as your contact or friend, you have to delete them. If you happen to have the same group of friends, make sure that he or she is not going to be there too and hang out with your friends without that person.

3. Get rid of anything that reminds you of them. If you have any special items from that person, like a teddy bear, a cd, a movie, etc. give those things to a charity or just throw them away. It is important to get rid of anything that might remind you of that person because that way you will be able to forget about them.

4. Get a hobby or do something fun or something that you love. I know that when you feel rejected all you want to do is lie in bed the whole day and cry but that will not solve anything. Find a hobby you would like, do something that you've always liked, go out with your friends, find a job, work harder in school, take a walk, spend time with your pet, family, etc. When you want to get over someone it is important that you let yourself have some healing time but do other things after that. It is important for you to be busy because that way you won't have time to think about that person.

5. Get back into the dating scene. You have had enough time to heal, so now it is time to get back into the dating scene. It is perfectly fine to start dating new people after you have been rejected and it is also something you should do. Trust me, you will find someone amazing and someone who will truly love you and make you happy.

Do you have any tips on how to get over someone you love but doesn't love you? I would love to hear them in the comments below.

How to love your body

1. It is your treasure. Your body conquers all obstacles, parties, happiness, sadness, etc. It's your frame and you have to take care of it and nurture it. It is your treasure. You shouldn' be ashamed of it and only see imperfections. It's even worse if you say taht your body is ugly. If you don't like it change it.

2. Respect your body. Everybody would like to change something about their body. It is important that you love yourself and your body. You're unique and there is noone like you. Isn't this something special? Don't have a bad attitude towards your body.

3. Nurture your body. Care means having clean skin, oral and other hygiene, nice nails on your hands and feet, skincare, haircare, using a deodorant. Don't forget about all of this and make it a habit. This is the only way you will be nice and polished. You can also make your body look better with exercise, eating well, put on some makeup, if you want to, put on a little bit of perfume. Also don't forget to sleep a least 8 hours a day.

4. Sculpt your body. You can sculpt any body you want. You can do so by exercising regularly and eating healthy. If you sculpt your body and you are happy with it, you'll be more confident and this will show to other people.

5. Shine from the inside. Beauty comes from the inside but it shows on the outside. Your body is a mirror with which you represent mainly your inner beauty. Everything you feel, think, shows on your body. Try to be happy every day and this will make you even more beautiful than you already are.

6. Show it. Why wouldn't you show your body if you're happy with it? Why would you show it? Because you have accepted it the way it is. Because you love it, you take care of it, you nurture it, respect it and know who is worth of it. Show it with all your confidence, optimism, satisfaction, etc.  You have to be happy with yourself first and then other people will like you as well.

7. Spoil it. Have a relaxing bath, massage your feet, polish your nails, put on some perfume, etc.

Things you should know before you are 30

1. Party! That is definetely a top priority in a life of a 20-year old and that is okay. You should however; follow some general rules. Less is more: drinking ''refreshing drinks'' is desirable, but without exaggeration and mixing! After each colourful cocktail drink a glass of water. If you do not do that you will not remember anything the next day. And that would be a shame, wouldn't it?

2. Untill you are 30, learn how to love your body. Get to know it. Stand in front of a mirror and introduce yourself to you. Tell yourself something nice.

3. Until you are 30 you have to have at least one unfortunate love. It does not matter whether you were the one who ended the relationship or you were broken up with, you should use all the movie scenarios of recovery: go on a crazy trip with a friend, change your haircut, etc.

4. You cannot wait until you are 30 with your skincare. Good news: in 20s it is easier to take care of your skin then it was in high school- Pimples are usually gone, like they were never there, the skin is firm and glowing from health. To keep it like that in your 30s take a good care of it every day. Cleansing your face, refreshment, moisturizing, etc. These are the steps every 20-year old should do every day.

5. Money. Even if you do not need a job, search for one anyways. This is one of the ways to find out what you really want to do in your life. Experiences that come with your first job are priceless.
