1. WATER. Drink plenty of water, at least 6-8 cups a day.
2. FRUIT and VEGETABLES. This is really going to help you lose weight. Also try to eat raw fruit and vegetables if you can.
3. PORTION CONTROL. This was a huge one for me. Portion control is so important. If you eat out try to eat just half of the meal and take the other half home for the next day. Also if you cook for yourself, try to eat just a half of it, if you are used to larger portions now.
4. SLEEP. If you sleep enough you are actually losing weight during your sleep. Try to sleep at least 8 hours each day.
5. CUT DOWN ON BAD FOODS. Try to eat as less candy and fast food as you can. If you want something sweet first drink water because sometimes you are just thirsty and not hungry. Try eating fruits or maybe dark chocolate with a high percentage of cacao.
