1. Clean your
teeth twice a day, every day.
2. Use dental
floss.
3. Use some
breath freshener.
4. Bring it
with you throughout the day, and use especially after eating and/or drinking.
5. Try some
breathing mints or some chewing gum, and bring them with you to use
particularly after eating and/or drinking.
6. Don’t eat
spicy foods.
